Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA)

1. Objective

To develop and equip the students with essential knowledge and skill in order to develop expertise in the key areas of computing service and information technology. Students will be familiarized with the concepts of computer science and its various applications, it is a training based programme which will develop practical skill to enable them to become solution provider.

2. Eligibility

10+2 or its equivalent examination passed candidates from a recognized board including Madarsa Education Board, Bihar, in Arts/Science/Commerce securing 45 marks in the aggregate, preference will be given to stude3nts having Mathematics and English as subjects in +2 examination.

3. Duration

Three years degree programme consisting of three academic years each divided into two semesters of six months duration.

4. Fee Structure

Rs. 8500/- each year, in the first year of admission students will pay Rs. 1000/- as the Development Fund contribution,
Rs. 200/- as Registration and Misc. charge and 1000/- ,
Examination Fees Rs. 500/- Tarang & Eklavya Rs. 10/- for each year of Examination.

  • The course will be conducted on self finance basis.
  • SC/ST candidates will be allowed 20% concession in tuition fee.
  • Besides the above noted fees and charges, each candidate appearing in the University examination will be required to pay the prescribed examination fee to the University for each examination.
  • The fee may be revised by the University in changing circumstances.
  • Preference in admission will be given to those passing out form Madrsa System of Education.

Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA)

1. Objective

To develop understanding of modern business practices to enable them to make informed decision in problem solving in business and industry. Further to develop communication skill and analytical skill in business. The training will equip them with the tools of objectivity to discharge managerial functions effectively.

2. Eligibility

+2 passed with minimum 45% marks from recognized Board /Madrsa Education.

3. Duration

Three years acade4mic years and the University will hold examination at the end of the first, the second and the third years of the course, to be known respectively as BBA Honors Part, Part II and Part III.

4. Fee Structure

Rs. 7250/- for Indian residents each year of study from the Session 2009-12 and RS. 15000/-for NRIs. In addition to the fee the students required to pay Rs. 1000/- towards university development charge. Registration fee misc. charges Rs. 200/- Tarang & Eklavya Rs. 10/- in each year of admission.

Bachelor in library and information science (BLIS)

1. Objective

To train and demonstrate students with various elements in knowledge management.
The course will demonstrate application of new technologies IT services in management of modern libraries.
It will also familiarize the students with recent development of best practices in Library Management

2. Eligibility

A candidate seeking admission must be a graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce (with minimum 45% marks) or equivalent (Alim) from recognized Madarsa/ Board.

3. Duration

One Year (Two Semesters).

4. Fee Structure

Rs. 5500/-, Tuition Fee 150/-, Registration 50/-, Misc. Charges 1000/-, Examination Fee for each semester of examination.

Development Fee Rs. 1500/- and 10/- for Tarang & Eklavya.

  • The course will be conducted on self finance basis.
  • A candidate is required to pay the entire fee in one installment at the time of admission.

Diploma in accountancy for Panchayati raj institutions (PRIS)

1. Objective

To train the students in basic elements of local government financing and to develop understanding of accounting practices. This course may be conducted as an add-on course.

2. Eligibility

Those who have passed Intermediate Examination are eligible for admission in this course.

Rs. 3500/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Only), Development Fee 1000/-, registration & Misc. charges Rs. 200/-, Examination Fees Rs. 500/- Tarang & Eklavya Rs. 10/- for each year of Examination.
